7 cowardly advertisers jumped RUSH’s ship. One wanted to return but Rush sent him on his merry way. This whole thing was a set up and it backfired on the left.

Wow, Sharon, really? So they set Rush up to slander and defame a woman speaking on the need for some women to have birth control for health-related issues? Did they force him to call her a “slut”, “prostitute”, comment that he’s surprised she can walk because she’s having so much sex, and even telling her to post sex tapes of herself online?
And only 7 advertisers left? Try 20 times that. Here’s three links for you. The first shows just how many advertisers have left, and you’ll quickly notice it is more than 7. Second is his syndicator, Prime Networks, suspending advertising for TWO WEEKS, telling affiliates instead to play either Lifelock, Lear Financial (two companies that have thus far stood by him), or local advertisements instead. The third is a video of Rush Limbaugh begging affiliates not to drop him.
Rush Limbaugh is absolutely in the wrong in this, he even admitted it. This backfired for the left? Really? Listening to that video makes it clear the only thing that backfired is Rush’s three day long hate-filled diatribe.

You are being ‘Fluked’ by the orchestrated snow job the dumocrats have perpetrated-again. Rush has no advertiser issues, other than the ones who bailed want to come back!
Don’t get caught up in something so blatantly false that you will look like an ass-oops! too late!

It’s fun to look back on these things after a few months. Rush appears to be doing fine. The advertisers who left only created openings for new customers.

John, you’re right- at the time, though, it looked bad for Rush.

It certainly did. I am a Rush fan but he deserved everything he got after that stunt. Great work, Robert!
