I’m revisiting an idea from a couple of years ago only, in the last version, the snake was only beginning to eat the Eagle starting with its head. Now, the snake seems to have won.
I have shown your previous cartoon to my 7th grade geography class during Red Ribbon Week and when the bodies dumped on the Vera Cruz high this past fall. The cartels will exist as long as there is a market for their product and there are potentially 312 million customers to the north.
