Sir, Your so called commentary on Mr. Paul is agenda driven. You either do not have common sense or a critical thought process. I find this cartoon to be propaganda as well as an outright lie. Maybe you should reconsider your occupation, because if you have to lie to create interest I would do something else. “We the People” are not as foolish as you seem to think and detect lies and propaganda easily. I’m sure your masters will keep you working and drawing lies. You are the joke with a very poor attempts at character assassination. David

    David,
I have no “masters” telling me what to say or do - They are completely my ideas. While I am in favor of many aspects of the Tea Party movement(smaller government, less government regulation and intrusion in our lives) I’m still a commentator on all things political- including when I think a politician (or movement) I otherwise agree with says or does something worthy of criticism and satire. Perhaps you missed what it was Mr. Paul actually said and then tried to take back once he realized what a gaffe he made. It’s not character assassination- it’s using the truth to make a point . And, after all, it’s an editorial cartoon.

Yep, Robert, sometimes things have to be “s’plained” to some folks who miss miss the “point” of sharp satire. Oh, if some wouldn’t take themselves so seriously! I do agree that on occasion you do create zingers that can tear the fabric of the light-skinned. You almost got me with your peach farmers coming after me with shotguns and pulling up in front of WIS after a big chill in April that didn’t make them too happy and asking management to send me out! Love your mind! Joe “Snow” Pinner
