A cartoon really can be worth a thousand words… You’d think they would work on getting the economy back on track and get people employed again before spending hundreds of billions over the next decade. Shouldn’t be much longer before the US loses its AAA rating.

    What are you talking about?

You can’t make stuff up just because you’ve won some awards.

Jerry, I’ll have to read the articles you’ve linked to, but even without reading them I think my point holds up: The Obama administration focused on this issue(health care) to the detriment of the economy overall and employment(in the private sector) in particular. Sure, things are starting to get a little better( we only lost 36,000 jobs last month-see my cartoon a couple of weeks back) but they are far from where we should be if the administration had made “jobs” job one. Besides, this healthcare bill will be a drain on the economy going forward and the uncertainty surrounding its costs may continue to squelch hiring by many small businesses.

What do you expect from a socialist/marxist in the white house? He took it upon himself to destroy American from within. It’s not gonna happen.

I saw this cartoon in the Santa Cruz Sentinel. It really hits the point on what our primary needs are for the country. That is JOBS,JOBS & JOBS. We will not get out of our problems without JOBS.
    Thank You

How does one create “big government” in the first place? Easy! Make it so the majority of people in this country are totally dependant on the government for all their needs. Therefore, you have to grow government bigger to accommodate the needs of the masses. Karl Marx said that to control a country, control the middle class. I hope the Dems are proud of themselves. Hurry up, November!
