   Don’t you think his fear of divorce is about as genuine as Brer Rabbit’s fear of the briar patch? Sure does make things *convenient* for him, as the Church Lady would say, that Jenny filed, he’s not impeached, and now he can reconnect with his “soul mate.” [gag]

   Oh, yes, I think you’ve got it. As for the timing, I think Jenny waited until the impeachment thing was dead to file for divorce- immediately. Didn’t want to appear to be piling on, I suspect. Though I also think she had this in mind since the “soulmate” comment. As I’ve said since this broke, I think he should resign and head back south to Argentina.
