   Looks like Sanford and Wilson have both “behaved stupidly.” Time for another beer summit!

   Worth the repeat… Ref Robert’s Sept 11th cartoon:

   Let’s see… Uncleshag quote, “I have the solution. Get rid of the Sandlapper trouble makers by removing SC from the Union. Maybe a few other states would like to come along. Texas, are you listening?”

   Interesting editorial in The State today (15 Sep 09), entitled “You lie — boy”, By Mareen Dowd. Didn’t realize Joe Wilson was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, led a 2000 campaign to keep the Confederate flag waving above South Carolina’s state Capitol, and denounced as a “smear” the true claim of a black woman that she was the daughter of Strom Thurmond.

   Betcha Uncleshag and Joe wear the same brand of confederate underwear… Wonder if Sandford’s Argentine mistress can confirm his stars & bars under garments?
