   It’s no surprise that car dealers are pissed off by the paperwork. However, without it we would soon be surrounded by screaming Republicans yelling fraud. We wouldn’t have the data to run a transparent program. It’s also a safe bet that without checking, we would have a lot of fraud from financially desperate auto dealers who would sell non existent cars for non existent tradins to collect very real federal cash.

   Grow up and do your paperwork.

   It’s not so much about the paperwork. It’s about getting what they were promised. Period.
