   Folks, here’s a cartoon for my friends at the University of South Carolina. They asked me to come up with something that could be used on t-shirts. Not sure what kind of caption they’ll choose- they’re asking for input. Ideas?…

   I’m not sure it needs a caption, but how about “In your dreams”? Perhaps you should ask someone who’s more optimistic.

   Cocks are always #1 before the season starts. Midway through the season, they’re a little less optimistic. End of the year, it’s ‘Wait until next year’.

   Mr. Ariail,
   Valerie said she just heard that Spurrier said the Gamecocks will win a conference title in the next four years. You ought to do a cartoon showing Spurrier as a bent over, decrepit, old , old man with a walking cane holding up a trophy and saying, “I told you we would win a conference title!”

   Funny how this is for this year!!!!! Go GAMECOCKS!!! Who needs a conference title when the two teams playing for the ACC championship just lost to SEC teams.
